WOD2CSV - Whole Orbit Data to Comma-Separated Format Spreadsheet File

This program is written in fairly generic C for a hosted command-line
environment. It has been tested under Microsoft C version 6.00 -- that's
what the included Makefile is written for -- but it ought to work without
change on any reasonably modern command-line C environment.


wod2csv <flags> <input_file_name>
   flags:
      -s <subsystem_name>
      --subsystem <subsystem_name>

      -c <coefficient_file_name> (default "RUDCOEFX")
      --coefficient_file <coefficient_file_name>

      -o <output_file_name>      (defaults to stdout)
      --output <output_file_name>

      -l                         (asks program to check the file length)
      --check_length

      -v or --version            (requests program version info)
      -h or --help               (displays this message)

    Example:
      wod2csv -s RUDAKA -s RUDAKCANA -c RUDCOEFX -o myout.csv wd051300
